How to choose a THCa wholesale supplier: questions to ask

Updated October 16, 2026

To choose a THCa wholesale supplier, ask every supplier the same questions and compare the written answers side by side. Cover product range, brands, lab reports, case packs, accounts, reorders, shipping and support.

Answers posted on a supplier's own pages are easier to verify than answers given over the phone. A written answer can be saved, shared with a partner and reviewed again later. Each section below groups related questions. It also points to the Zigg Distro page that answers them.

What formats and brands does the supplier carry?

Start with the range. A store that stocks several formats saves time with one supplier that covers most of them. Fewer suppliers means fewer accounts, fewer invoices and fewer shipments to track.

On the range question, Zigg Distro offers flower, vapes, concentrates, gummies and hemp-derived THC beverages to the trade. Its lineup pairs two house labels, Freezo and KronTON, with two outside labels, ATreez and Breeze.

Ask which labels are made in house and which come from outside makers.
Ask which formats each label covers, such as flower, gummies, rosin or vapes.
Ask whether loose flower comes in pound bags.
Browse the full catalog on Shop All or the Freezo category.

Where are the lab reports, and how do they match the package?

Ask where each report lives on the site. At Zigg Distro, the report link sits in the description text of each product page that has one.

Compare the name printed on the report with the name on the box.
Compare the format listed on the report with the format of the item.
Compare the lot or sample number on the report with the label on the unit.

How are products packed and sold?

Case pack options shape how much shelf space and cash a first order ties up. Ask how each format ships and how many units come per case. Repeat that question for each line on the order.

Zigg Distro describes Freezo strains in case packs on its wholesale THCa flower page. Pound bags of flower sit in the Bulk Flower LBS category. Cereal Milk - 1 LB (Hybrid) is one example.

Before building a purchase order, open each listing. The listing itself tells a buyer which sizes are open for ordering that day.

How is a wholesale account opened and approved?

Wholesale suppliers sell to businesses, so most require an account. Ask what the application needs and who reviews it. Keep basic store details ready before applying.

Zigg Distro works with storefront retailers, smoke shops and distribution companies. Applications start on its own website. The steps appear on How to open a Zigg Distro wholesale account.

How do reorders work?

A clear reorder process matters as much as the first order. Ask how a store restocks an item it already carries. Slow restocks leave gaps on the shelf.

Can a buyer restock from the same listing used for the first order?
Does each listing show current ordering options?
Who answers questions about a restock?

Buyers can return to a listing such as Breeze - Grape or Grape Glacier - Live Resin Gummies to place a repeat order.

What are the shipping terms, and who answers questions?

Ask for shipping and return terms in writing. Zigg Distro ships nationwide. Full terms sit on Shipping & Returns.

Support matters after the order ships. Ask who handles a damaged box, a missing item or a report question.

For support, Zigg Distro lists a contact page and a questions and answers page. The About page describes the company.
